These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of MePlan, a mobile application designed for personal planning and reflection, provided by Hisun Kim (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading or using MePlan (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which is incorporated herein by reference.
MePlan is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple’s Standard EULA. Subject to those terms, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use MePlan for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of MePlan or its content, except as permitted by applicable law or by explicit written permission from us.
Some features of MePlan (such as saving or syncing reflections) may require account creation.
You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
You are responsible for all activities under your account. We are not liable for loss or misuse resulting from unauthorized access.
MePlan offers both free and premium features.
All payments are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system,
